The first article (see part 1) has introduced the 5 needed steps to display your IoT on a map. It is therefore a process that involves several complex, expensive technologies and specialized expertise.
This article has also detailed how the Rasters.io web platform can provide a complete solution for deploying, in record time, all the components needed to manage your IoT.
The next step is to make you try the result of the implementation. After configuring the demo in the Rasters.io web portal (see article), we created a shared link that has been integrated in this article. So you can now drag and zoom the following map to discover how buses, geofences and rule engine are used to provide a ready to use environment. In the following example, all icons are modified when vehicle exceed 50 km/h and all zones are displayed in red if a vehicle (> 50km/h) is inside a zone.
